 The Address Book application maintains a list of all the important contact details for your business clients. With full details of the business addresses, telephone and mobile numbers, fax numbers and email addresses, it is a comprehensive store for contacts used every day.
 The Address Book has a number of added features; maintain personal address books and group listings on a network client or server, create mailmerge documents with a simple click of the mouse, dynamically generate email messages to contacts within a list and much more.

One of the more comprehensive packages offered by EzySystems Software is the Land Terrier system. The Terrier maintains a list of all properties, work schedules, ownership details and leasing arrangements for properties maintained by an organisation. Especially useful for Local Authorities, Estate Managers, University Campuses or Schools, this software provides an accurate maintenance and reporting tool.
Included in the Land Terrier system are digital photographs of buildings or property, maintencne schedules, contract terms and leasing arrangements and the ability to add digitised plans for each property listed.
The Terrier has been designed to operate across a local area network, allowing multiple users to access and share the information contained within the system. Uses include the ability for planning officers to add digitised plans, maintenance managers to track maintenance schedules, and legal managers to arrange and maintain contract and leasing agreements all within the same system.
